The Acala Legend AKA Fudou Myouou Den. This game was released in the US as Demon Sword, but they removed a bunch of stuff including a bunch of stages and a cool Buddhist intro/outro. For this translation patch all that stuff will be included and you can find out what non-Japanese gamers missed out on.
